We accept returns of new, unworn ready to wear jewellery with it’s original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, when applicable. Alterations and customs are unable to be returned or refunded due to their personalized nature.

Repairs are final, however if you have any issues with your repair let us know- we stand by our work and want you to be confident with the work you’ve received.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and insurance unless another shipping method is requested.
